Rental Period

Customer Responsibilities
Placement and Access

- Customers must ensure access is maintained for pickup at the end of the rental.
- Any access issues should be reported immediately.
Permitted Materials
Acceptable waste includes:

Prohibited Materials
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, paint, etc.)
- Automotive fluids, fuel, and car batteries
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Electronics containing hazardous components
- Tires and propane tanks
- Any items banned by Pennsylvania state or federal law
Weight Limits and Overage Fees
- Each dumpster has a maximum weight allowance.
- Overage fees apply when weight limits are exceeded.
- Overloaded or unsafe containers may be refused for pickup.

Liability and Insurance
Customer Liability
- Customers are responsible for any damage to property during delivery or pickup.

Company Liability

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations

Refunds
